International Yoga Day

International Yoga Day, celebrated on June 21, highlights the ancient Indian practice of yoga as a means of holistic health and inner peace. India initiated this global observance through the UN to share its cultural heritage and promote well-being worldwide. It’s a reminder of yoga’s roots in Indian traditions and its universal appeal.
Begin your day with a revitalizing yoga session guided by Ms. Jaya Basu.
